I've become a big fan of Hetalia. Only in anime could you take something so gnarly as WWII and somehow anthropomorphize countries into attractive young men and women. It's also clever and it appeals to my short attention span that each episode is 5 minutes apiece.

I included my favorite pairing of Hungary and Prussia.

Nick and Shin - New Additions to Project Arc

Project Arc* has kindly let me introduce two of my own characters into their fighting game.

They are both half sisters. Nick (left) is the daughter of a police officer and of an intellectual family. She is now a demon slaying avatar and it's questionable if what she sees is reality or it is a result of internal turmoil and demons. She wields the Sword of Ruth that is the Truth-Seeker. Shin (right) is half-Japanese and from the same mother. She works now as an Interpol agent (but in the deepest crevasses of secrecy that Nick used to be in).

It's not known if the sisters do care about each other or are trying to kill each other. There's an uneasy truce about them. Both are proficient in hand-to-hand combat and gunplay. Nick is more proficient in swordplay but she's not too bad with other weapons. Shin prefers a small daggerlet.

Still working out the kinks in the story, but I'm quite happy with the development so far.

*They are going through a major update.

I Am A Fish!

It's nice to see my drawings come to life.

You will need Chrome to do it. But you are this cute little fishie shooting big, mean sharks. You have to avoid pointy little things. It's rather fun!

Puddle of Ink

Depression is to me a puddle of ink.

It washes away in a heavy flood of who you are, what you are, and what you can be.

You need to repaint yourself again and again in these times where you build enough ink to sustain past the flood waters of your life and to stay whole until the very end of what you were given.

Gallery Girls: Goth Babes

I wanted to do something different as with Goth Night.

People often draw lacy, black thing types of which are quite nice, but I wanted to go a step further.

It didn't help that it was the weekend of my birthday and well, I wanted to take the piss out of convention. Besides, I wanted to analyze the skeletal structure.

Ah me.... and like a boss I spilled some of my delishus drink on my sketchbook.
