I was in the company of Zombies, now I shall be in the company of another group of undead. Doesn't hurt to be varied.

Zombie Night!

I had a really great drawing session with Vampires the other day....

But I've been hitting "IT". We all know this when we hit a point in time when we go to ANOTHER LEVEL!

I've joined a lovely group that does a free sketch over on the 2nd and 4th Sunday per month. I hope you come there. Just be kind and tip them as they're very lovely!

They had just female models for a long time. Even though I was extremely grateful, I wanted to have male models as I really was having problems with the features, posing, and general anatomy.

Well, these lovely people had oh so nicely responded. I requested a male model and a male-female interaction as I wanted to see the juxtaposition between the two sexes.

And I got both tonight! I got some real good sketches of the man done. It was a real good study.

Of course that was another random title I cooked up.

I've been doing some figure drawing. I figure I will expand upon these sketches.

As you can see in some of the examples, I'm a bit willy-nilly in my artwork. I was debating cleaning them up, but left it for roughness' sake.

Sometimes I will first draw the model, then incorporate bits of her into another sketch of one of my own characters. I'm going to try to draw more men.

Circus Lady and Other Colors

I think I might paint her as a study in red. :)

I think what I will do regarding color, is to do each picture in a major color for a study.

I think I've already done blue with the dragonlad. I think this evolved into something else. :D I think it looks like I will do red, green, and yellow. Yellow I did a rough one, but I don't want to put it up here.

Currently working on a painting. It's not been shown here before, but been messing with the usual: Color n' stuffs mixed wtih emotive dreaminess... you know, no big thing. :P

My friend Michico and I do art. Well, I was wondering what I would do with her two characters Guei and Jai. The black and white sketch is my rendition, when the color one is hers. I used her reference obviously. XD
